We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, please call us immediately and return it to us within 14 days of the invoice date with your original receipt. We will either issue a refund, an exchange or issue a gift card for the value of the return. Gift recipients will receive a credit in the form of a Gift Card.
Items returned must be in original condition.
Return shipping charges are not refundable. You will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges, in the same form of payment used to place your order. If you wish to make a return or exchange, please email us or call us at 845-355-2400.
Customized orders are not refundable!

For shipments outside of the continental US, please contact us.
We ship most items by UPS with Overnight, Second-Day, Three-Day Ground and Standard Ground available. Sorry, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order is damaged, please notify us immediately to arrange for a return or replacement, and we will provide you with specific instructions. Please keep the original packaging for inspection by carrier.
Gift Cards are available and are delivered by email with instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. To redeem a gift card follow these steps:
- Add products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart.
- Review your order and click the "Checkout" button.
- Enter your billing and shipping information and click "Continue" to next step.
- On the next page, input your gift card code in the text-editable box under "Have a gift card? Enter it here"
- Click the "Apply" button. A label will appear above the text box with the masked code and its available balance.
- Complete your checkout by doing one of the following:
- If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, you can simply click the Complete my purchase button. OR
- If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, you will be prompted to choose an additional payment method to cover the difference.
- The balance remaining on the gift card is displayed on the order confirmation page.
